UK Royal Mail 2nd Class : Last order 17th December (dispatch date 18th December)
USA, Canada & Europe : Last order Friday 13th December (dispatch date Saturday 14th December)
Everywhere else : Last order Sunday 8th December (dispatch date 9th December)
Please note domestic orders are sent via 2nd class mail (the only way I can afford to keep postage free) and international orders are sent standard.

- I will send all orders by the dates specified and do my absolute best to get your items to you on time but once they have left my hands I put my faith in the delivery service! I accept Paypal as a method of payment. Your transaction must be completed through paypal, and then the item will be sent to you. Simple!
Shipping from United Kingdom
I aim to ship the item within 5 working days of receiving the order. Wherever this is not possible, I will inform the buyer immediately. If the order is urgent I am also happy to discuss this and find a solution.
Returns & Exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
